Tosishoujo is a project anthropomorphizes cities around the world into girls with attractive characters based on sufficient research. Through the manga, readers can easily understand the cities in different cultural and also get relevant geography, history, and humanities knowledge.

There has been a proliferation of works that take anthropomorphism into more interesting forms. The character designs have been carefully researched beforehand, making works not only entertaining but also intellectual. Inspired by these works, the Tosishoujo Project was born.
